About me

I am an engineer and spent many years in the chemical industry, in Germany and in Chile, working with colleagues across several continents. That is where I saw how much depends on whether people work well together across departments, sites and cultures. I am convinced that good leadership is the single most important factor in a company's success.

In my work, I bring structure to complex situations and translate between functions, perspectives and cultures. At the same time, I pay close attention to how the people who carry these structures are doing. I am slow to judge, and I tend to bring calm to a group rather than add pressure. What I enjoy most is spotting talent and bringing people together so that a project succeeds, even when I stay in the background myself.

I live on Fuerteventura because sun, sea and a simple life matter to me. From here, I work with clients worldwide and travel wherever I am needed.
